We understand that unexpected situations can happen. A 10-day grace period is granted to update your payment information before any service interruption. A $25 late fee may apply, but our team will do everything possible to support you and avoid any disruption.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most gyms are fully set up within 2 weeks, allowing you to see results quickly.

Is customer support included in my plan?

Yes! All our plans include access to our dedicated support team — because your satisfaction is our priority.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Your MyGym subscription is a 12-month commitment that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time with a 90-day notice before the renewal date. No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.
